If you receive your items and they don't fit properly, don't worry! We've got you covered! We offer returns for store credit on all items (excluding sale items unless faulty) no questions asked!
If there is an issue with your item and you want to return it, please contact us at email@example.com and provide your name, order number and the details of the issue. Once you've received authority to return your order, you can send it straight to us!

For an item to be returned:
- All items must have original tags still attached.
- There must be NO damage to the items (i.e. marks, tears or makeup stains).
- There must be NO different odours (i.e. perfume, deodorant, smoke etc.) and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
- You must provide us with your order number and the name your order was placed under.
- A return will only be accepted if we are contacted prior for authorisation and your return is received within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order.
- Return postage will be at the customers expense.
You will be issued store credit for change of mind/wrong size. Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive the returned items in their original condition. You will only be refunded via your original payment method for faulty/damaged items.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of being a small business and the sometimes quick turnover of stock, we are unable to provide exchanges at this time. If you want to swap sizes, then you'll just be required to re-order the new size with the store credit you receive once your return is processed.

You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your original order when you return something.
We strongly recommend sending your items back to us via a method that has tracking. It is your responsibility to get the items back to us and, without tracking, you run the risk of it getting lost in transit. We will not accept responsibility for any returns that don't make it back to us.
Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once it arrives back to us. We always endeavour to be quicker than that, but some times it can be a little slower than others!
SALE ITEMS: There are no refunds or returns on sale items for change of mind/wrong size. All sales during sale periods, using discount codes or on marked down items are final unless the item is deemed damaged/faulty.
Once any order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to add to your order just email us with your current order number and new items to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise it for you. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is subject to our returns policy.
